The NSW Department of Health has launched the Funnelback SaaS Hosted search service for its web site: www.health.nsw.gov.au
After a rigorous and extensive selection process Funnelback was chosen by the Department to replace an inadequate legacy technology. The Funnelback solution delivers superior relevancy, greater scalability and a delivery model that fits well with the NSW Health business requirements.
At a time when relevant and accurate access to public health information could not be more vital, NSW Health are taking steps to ensure they have best of breed technology in place.
